About Our Team

Hi there, I’m Tom and I’m the Digital Apprentice for the St Andrews Preservation Trust. I joined the team in April of 2022 after volunteering for a couple of years to help with the digital face of the Trust. I joined originally for the social aspect of volunteering, and it’s great that I’m able to continue this as part of my role amongst the staff at the Trust.

I’m Ashab Ahmad, I joined the Trust in August 2022 as the Project Outreach Officer. My role involves consulting community groups and audiences throughout St Andrews, as part of informing the redevelopment of the museum. I had volunteered at the Trust for a year and a half before starting this post, and I look forward to contributing further to the museum.

Although we don’t have any paid positions available, we are always looking for people to join our volunteer team. We offer all sorts of opportunities ideal for anyone wanting to get started in the Museum Sector and needing experience, references, and networking opportunities. If you do consider joining us, thank you, and we look forward to receiving your application!
